Ready to lead in their disciplines, innovative and with a strong seal of actual social responsibility. <\/li><li>Because early in their programs, students interact with significant and diverse populations of patients. <\/li><li>Because our professors are recognized clinicians with comprehensive academic experience. <\/li><li>Our Instituto de Ciencias e Innovaci\u00f3n en Medicina (Institute of Science and innovation in Medicine) (ICIM) embodies the priority we give, in our mission, to discovery and research. The Institute includes more than 50 PhDs dedicated to finding solutions for the health problems that affect Chileans. <\/li><li>We have exclusive clinical campuses, such as the Cl\u00ednica Alemana, the Hospital Padre Hurtado, and the Cl\u00ednica UDD, in addition to a wide network of health care centers and the Instituto Nacional del C\u00e1ncer (National Cancer Institute). <\/li><li>Since continuity is essential for education, we offer an important range of postgraduate courses, 25 medical specialties and sub-specialties, and seven dental specialties, all of them with a high degree of excellence. <\/li><li>Our educational model is innovative, rigorous, and supported by experience; this model concentrates on the development of thinking and communicational skills, essential in today&#8217;s professional practice. <\/li><li>Because our graduates rapidly find a job in the labor market.<\/li><\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Because we train special professionals.
