{"id":1208,"date":"2014-05-12T15:09:46","date_gmt":"2014-05-12T19:09:46","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/medicina.udd.cl\/centro-genetica-genomica\/?p=1208"},"modified":"2014-05-12T15:09:46","modified_gmt":"2014-05-12T19:09:46","slug":"dia-mundial-del-sindrome-de-la-delecion-22q11","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/medicina.udd.cl\/icim\/2014\/05\/12\/dia-mundial-del-sindrome-de-la-delecion-22q11\/","title":{"rendered":"D\u00eda Mundial del S\u00edndrome de la deleci\u00f3n 22q11"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><a href=\"http:\/\/medicina.udd.cl\/centro-genetica-genomica\/files\/2014\/05\/D\u00eda-Mundoa-S\u00edndrome-Velocardiofacial.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-1211 aligncenter\" alt=\"D\u00eda Mundial S\u00edndrome Velocardiofacial\" src=\"http:\/\/medicina.udd.cl\/centro-genetica-genomica\/files\/2014\/05\/D\u00eda-Mundoa-S\u00edndrome-Velocardiofacial-300x124.jpg\" width=\"300\" height=\"124\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>El <strong>Centro de Gen\u00e9tica y Gen\u00f3mica<\/strong> de la<a href=\"http:\/\/medicina.udd.cl\/\"><strong> Facultad de Medicina Cl\u00ednica Alemana Universidad del Desarrollo<\/strong><\/a> invita a la comunidad acad\u00e9mica y universitaria a participar en el <strong>D\u00eda Mundial del S\u00edndrome de Deleci\u00f3n 22q11<\/strong>, m\u00e1s conocido como S\u00edndrome Velocardiofacial.<\/p>\n<p>La jornada de conmemoraci\u00f3n se realiza en distintos pa\u00edses alrededor del mundo, con el fin de desarrollar actividades orientadas a dar a conocer esta enfermedad de origen gen\u00e9tico y las necesidades m\u00e9dicas y educativas de las personas afectadas.<\/p>\n<p>Para ello, se re\u00fanen simult\u00e1neamente en zool\u00f3gicos de diversas ciudades, con el fin de generar un ambiente de entretenci\u00f3n y relajo para los padres y sus hijos afectados por esta condici\u00f3n gen\u00e9tica.<\/p>\n<p>En el caso de Chile, la actividad se llevar\u00e1 a cabo en la Fundaci\u00f3n Gantz del Hospital del Ni\u00f1o con Fisura, ubicado en El Lazo 8.545, Pudahuel, desde las 10 am.<\/p>\n<p>Este s\u00edndrome se ha convertido en una de las principales l\u00edneas de investigaci\u00f3n del Centro de Gen\u00e9tica y Gen\u00f3mica \u00a0de la Facultad de Medicina CAS-UDD. Los datos existentes muestran que uno de cada 4.000 reci\u00e9n nacidos en el pa\u00eds lo padece y que, adem\u00e1s, se ha convertido en la enfermedad de origen gen\u00e9tico de mayor incidencia en
