En un esfuerzo por resaltar la labor cient\u00edfica que se lleva a cabo en la Universidad del Desarrollo, la Vicerrector\u00eda de Investigaci\u00f3n y Doctorados UDD ha publicado la d\u00e9cima edici\u00f3n de la \u201cRevista Investigaci\u00f3n\u201d. Este n\u00famero se dedica especialmente a trabajos que abordan problemas y comportamientos que afectan a la mujer, destacando las investigaciones pioneras realizadas, entre otros, por investigadoras del Instituto de Ciencias e Innovaci\u00f3n en Medicina (ICIM) de la Facultad de Medicina Cl\u00ednica Alemana Universidad del Desarrollo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mujeres en tratamientos oncol\u00f3gicos<\/strong>
Una de las investigaciones destacadas en esta edici\u00f3n es el trabajo titulado \u201cNo es miedo es lo incierto, mujeres en tratamientos oncol\u00f3gicos en c\u00e1ncer de mama\u201d, llevado a cabo por la investigadora Lorena Lobos del ICIM. Este estudio se centra en el c\u00e1ncer de mama y explora las profundas implicancias de la enfermedad y sus tratamientos en la percepci\u00f3n de la feminidad de las pacientes. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Resignificaci\u00f3n de la salud sexual y reproductiva desde las juventudes femeninas<\/strong>
Otra investigaci\u00f3n a destacar es \u201cLa resignificaci\u00f3n de la salud sexual y reproductiva desde las juventudes femeninas: tensiones y encuentros con el sector salud en Chile\u201d, realizada por Alexandra Obach y B\u00e1ltica Cabieses del Centro de Salud Global Intercultural. Este estudio analiza las percepciones y experiencias de las j\u00f3venes en relaci\u00f3n con la salud sexual y reproductiva, y c\u00f3mo interact\u00faan con el sistema de salud en Chile. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Protecci\u00f3n a la Maternidad en Chile<\/strong>
Asimismo, la investigadora Iris Delgado, en colaboraci\u00f3n con Mauricio Apablaza de la Facultad de Gobierno, contribuye con el art\u00edculo \u201cProtecci\u00f3n a la Maternidad en Chile\u201d. Este trabajo explora la evoluci\u00f3n de las pol\u00edticas de protecci\u00f3n de la maternidad en Chile y sus niveles de cobertura en la poblaci\u00f3n objetivo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
