{"id":3897,"date":"2016-10-04T14:06:44","date_gmt":"2016-10-04T14:06:44","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/medicina.udd.cl\/icim\/?p=3897"},"modified":"2016-10-04T14:06:44","modified_gmt":"2016-10-04T14:06:44","slug":"curso-internacional-de-bioderecho-technological-innovation-and-biolaw","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/medicina.udd.cl\/icim\/2016\/10\/04\/curso-internacional-de-bioderecho-technological-innovation-and-biolaw\/","title":{"rendered":"Curso internacional de Bioderecho \u00abTechnological Innovation and Biolaw\u00bb"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El <strong>Observatorio de Bio\u00e9tica y Derecho de la Universidad del Desarrollo<\/strong> invita al curso internacional de Bioderecho <strong>\u201cTechnological Innovation and Biolaw\u201d.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Patrocinado por la Vicerrector\u00eda de Investigaci\u00f3n y Doctorados de la UDD, este curso tendr\u00e1 como conferencista principal a uno de los m\u00e1s destacados especialistas del Bioderecho europeo, el jurista Amadeo Amedeo Santossuoso, Presidente de la Corte de Apelaciones de Mil\u00e1n y fundador del European Centre for Law, Science and New Technologies, Universidad de Pav\u00eda.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">A \u00e9l se sumar\u00e1n otros destacados expositores, especialistas en regulaci\u00f3n jur\u00eddica de las e-health, biobanking y otras tecnolog\u00edas de innovaci\u00f3n en salud.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Los objetivos de esta capacitaci\u00f3n son:<br \/>\n1. Introducir los conocimientos y pr\u00e1cticas actualizadas en la interfase entre el Derecho, la ciencia biom\u00e9dica y las tecnolog\u00edas de la salud.<br \/>\n2. Difundir la experiencia del trabajo interdisciplinario entre el Derecho y las aplicaciones cient\u00edficas en el \u00e1rea de la biomedicina en Europa.<br \/>\n3.
