347px\" \/>En el marco del Simposio de Salud organizado por la Fundaci\u00f3n Pa\u00eds Digital en el Hotel W el pasado 18 y 19 de julio, se realiz\u00f3 el lanzamiento del nuevo <a href=\"http:\/\/medicina.udd.cl\/ci3\/\"><strong>Centro de Inform\u00e1tica Biom\u00e9dica <\/strong><\/a>del <a href=\"http:\/\/medicina.udd.cl\/icim\/\"><strong>Instituto de Ciencias e Innovaci\u00f3n en Medicina<\/strong> (ICIM)<\/a>, perteneciente a la <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/medicina.udd.cl\/\">Facultad de Medicina Cl\u00ednica Alemana Universidad del Desarrollo<\/a>. <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>El objetivo del centro es crear soluciones innovadoras para maximizar el uso de la informaci\u00f3n a trav\u00e9s de las tecnolog\u00edas de la informaci\u00f3n en la medicina, mejorando la calidad, seguridad y eficiencia del cuidado de la salud.<\/p>\n<p>A trav\u00e9s de la investigaci\u00f3n, desarrollo de soluciones de software y pilotaje, este grupo de profesionales multidisciplinarios trabajan con especial \u00e9nfasis en interoperabilidad, fichas cl\u00ednicas y la captura y uso \u00f3ptimo de la informaci\u00f3n en la telemedicina.<\/p>\n<p>Bajo el t\u00edtulo \u201cHacia una cultura de innovaci\u00f3n en salud\u201d, el director del Centro de Inform\u00e1tica Biom\u00e9dica, Marcelo Lopetegui, present\u00f3 en el simposio el nuevo centro, abordando temas como el impacto de la innovaci\u00f3n en la salud y sobre c\u00f3mo el nuevo centro trabajar\u00e1 para potenciar las diferentes tecnolog\u00edas.<\/p>\n<p><strong><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-5285 alignleft\" src=\"http:\/\/medicina.udd.cl\/icim\/files\/2017\/07\/IMG_2107-300x200.jpg\" alt=\"IMG_2107\" width=\"378\" height=\"252\" srcset=\"https:\/\/medicina.udd.cl\/icim\/files\/2017\/07\/IMG_2107-300x200.jpg 300w, https:\/\/medicina.udd.cl\/icim\/files\/2017\/07\/IMG_2107.jpg 500w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 378px) 100vw, 378px\" \/>\u201cLa innovaci\u00f3n est\u00e1 tocando a todas las industrias. No hay quien se quede fuera de esta ola de la innovaci\u00f3n y esto est\u00e1 pasando a una velocidad sin precedentes, principalmente debido al tremendo avance que han tenido las tecnolog\u00edas de internet y las tecnolog\u00edas m\u00f3viles. Sin embargo, si bien la salud tambi\u00e9n est\u00e1 en la etapa de la innovaci\u00f3n, vamos a una velocidad muy lenta, y no es que no adoptemos la tecnolog\u00eda, sino que es el c\u00f3mo la adoptamos en pro de la innovaci\u00f3n.
