presidente de la\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/redinternacionaldebioderecho.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Red Internacional de Bioderecho<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>En el evento, el experto en bioderecho aprovech\u00f3 la oportunidad para destacar el contexto en el que se da esta publicaci\u00f3n, fruto de la\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.udd.cl\/noticias\/2015\/04\/07\/crean-red-internacional-de-bioderecho\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Red Internacional de Bioderecho creada el 2015\u00a0<\/a>que integra la UDD, y en la que existe un protagonismo por parte de juristas de la regi\u00f3n de Latinoam\u00e9rica y de Europa.<\/p>\n<p>En relaci\u00f3n a esta red de la cual Casabona forma parte, coment\u00f3 sobre la idea de que \u201cla regi\u00f3n luzca todo lo que tiene, lo que ha ido forjando durante estos a\u00f1os en el \u00e1mbito del bioderecho y de la bio\u00e9tica, que no solo se ha quedado dentro de sus fronteras, sino que tambi\u00e9n tiene una proyecci\u00f3n internacional\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>En un mundo en que las nuevas tecnolog\u00edas van en ascenso, en el \u00e1rea de la salud pueden existir tanto peligros como contribuciones a la sociedad, para las cuales en ambas se requiere de una propuesta de regulaci\u00f3n acorde.
