UDD<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>El Seminario cont\u00f3 con la presencia de tres invitados internacionales, entre ellos el profesor de la Bielefeld University de Alemania, Oliver Razum, quien se\u00f1al\u00f3 que, si el acceso a la salud se ve como un derecho humano, y no solo como un derecho ciudadano, se pueden estudiar las barreras de acceso que tienen los inmigrantes y se pueden calificar como inequidades inaceptables.
