Human Genetics Centre

This Centre, as a multidisciplinary team, studies genetic factors in human diseases. Current investigations include the following projects:

1. Ovarian cancer biomarkers.
2. Modifying factors of cardiovascular alterations of the chromosome microdeletion syndrome 22q11.2 (Velocardiofacial syndrome).
3. Morbidity and mortality causes in children with Down’s syndrome.
4. Molecular aspects of Osteogenesis Imperfecta.
